Terms of Service
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website nbichub.org (the “Site”) and the programs, events, and services offered through it (together, the “Services”). The Site and Services are operated by Growth Enterprises Nashville, Inc. (“GENI”), operating as the Nashville Business Incubation Center (“NBIC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Site or registering for our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Our Services
NBIC provides business incubation programming, training sessions, workshops, events, and related resources for entrepreneurs, professionals, and small business owners. Programs may be offered virtually or in person. Session dates, times, topics, and presenters may change, and we will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes to registered participants.
3. Registration
Some Services require registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register and to keep it up to date. Registration for a session does not guarantee admission where capacity limits apply. We may decline or cancel a registration at our discretion, including where information provided is inaccurate or where a program has eligibility requirements you do not meet.
4. Text Message (SMS) Communications
If you opt in to text message reminders on one of our registration forms, you agree to receive automated session reminder text messages from NBIC related to the sessions you register for.
- Consent is optional. Opting in is not a condition of registering for or receiving any NBIC program or service.
- Message frequency varies based on the sessions you register for.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at nbic@nbichub.org.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
